Clomed 50 mg from Balkan Pharmaceuticals has the active substance clomiphene citrate. It is a synthetic estrogen, close in structure to chlorotrianizene. In pharmacological action it is a blocker of estrogen receptors, like tamoxifene. It should not be confused with aromatase inhibitors (see anastrozole or letrozole).
