CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
This contractual document establishes the legal framework for the fulfilment of the sales transaction between the supplier and the user, subject to acceptance of the latter's terms and conditions at the time of purchase.
The contract of sale involves the provision of a specific good or service at a set price, which will be publicly posted on the website.
GENERAL INFORMATION
The terms and conditions set out on this page apply exclusively to orders placed through englandpharmacy.co.uk.
The currency used is the euro.
The price of the goods already includes value added tax (VAT) and any other applicable taxes. It is presented in euros (€).
For each product, the prices published on the website apply, which are automatically applied at the last stage of the purchase process. This includes all costs related to taxes, transport and other services. The customer should be aware that the price of individual products may change in real time. Such changes will be notified in advance.
Once payment has been made, a confirmation email will be sent to the registered user. The purchase invoice can be viewed or downloaded in the customer's Englandpharmacy account the day after purchase. No invoice or delivery note will be included in the package with the product.
Stock availability is subject to final confirmation from the supplier. Initial information will be displayed next to each item.
The customer is able to check the status of their order at any time via their personal account.
The ordering process at Englandpharmacy is quite simple and involves the following steps:
BUYING STEPS
1 - Product Selection
Browse our website using the various categories and filters. Once you have found a product you are interested in, add it to your shopping basket.
You will then be given the option to proceed to your shopping basket or continue selecting products. Once you have finished shopping, go to your basket to checkout.
2 - Basket
At this stage you have the option to add or remove items from your basket, apply discount codes and save items for future purchases.
3 - Delivery address and confirmation
If you are a registered customer, simply log in using the link provided. If you are a new customer, you will need to fill in the required details.
Next, select your delivery and payment method. You can also enter your discount code if you haven't already done so.

At the final stage, confirm your purchase by clicking the ‘Submit Order’ button.
You will then receive an order number assigned by the system, as well as an email with your purchase details to the email address you provided.

DESPATCH/DELIVERY
Delivery of your order will be made according to the method you have chosen.
Goods purchased by you will not be dispatched until payment has been made in full and confirmed by the supplier. Until payment is fully confirmed, the purchase is considered incomplete. This rule does not apply in cases where the user chooses the cash on delivery payment option. In such situations, the contract is considered to be concluded at the moment when the supplier sends an electronic confirmation of the purchase.
The supplier informs the customer of a possible shortage of the selected goods in stock. In such a situation, the supplier must contact an authorised dealer to collect the goods, which may delay delivery to the customer for up to 15 days after receipt of payment. However, the supplier will notify the user of this circumstance in advance.
There may also be situations where goods are in stock but there may not be enough due to high demand. In such cases, delivery will be made in the order in which orders are formed. Customers who have not received their order will be informed of the delivery status and estimated time of pick-up. Notifications will be made by telephone or email.
Completion of delivery of goods is recorded at the time indicated on the delivery note.
RIGHT OF RETURN
Case 1: Return due to incorrect or incomplete data
If the delivery of the order proves impossible due to missing and/or inaccurate addresses, the costs associated with the return will be deducted from the amount to be refunded for the product in question.
Case 2: right of cancellation
Once an order has been confirmed, it is not possible to modify or cancel it. In individual cases, changes or cancellations can be made via customer service, provided that the goods have not yet been processed (i.e. before the goods leave our logistics facilities).
If the customer intends to cancel an order that has already been processed, i.e. the goods have been dispatched, he will have to reimburse the shipping costs incurred as a result of the cancellation.
Case 3: Right of cancellation
All goods purchased from englandpharmacy.co.uk may be returned and refunded provided that you notify us within 14 calendar days of receipt of the goods of your intention to return them. The following conditions must also be met:
Conditions of Right of Withdrawal
- For the return of goods, the same carton in which they were received must be used to ensure that they are well protected. If the original carton is not available, it is the customer's responsibility to return the goods in protective packaging so that they arrive at our warehouse in proper condition.
- Returned goods must be unused and in the same condition in which they were delivered, i.e. with original packaging, instructions for use and accessories.
- The amount paid for the item(s) will be refunded. Under no circumstances will we accept returns sent by cash on delivery.
- Returns on items purchased on sale are not eligible for processing.
- Food items are not returnable if the packaging has been opened.
- Sealed goods that cannot be returned for sanitary or hygienic reasons and have been opened after delivery are not returnable.
- Masks cannot be returned for sanitary and/or hygienic reasons.
- Accessories that are in addition to other main products will not be accepted.
- Upon receipt of an application to exercise the right of cancellation, we will refund the amount paid for the returned item(s). The application for a refund must be made within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods. The refund will be made using the same form of payment used by the customer or, if this is not possible, by bank transfer. The costs of returning the goods will be borne by the consumer and/or the user.
- A copy of the invoice must be placed in the transport package containing the returned goods.

Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will analyse the goods and notify you of your entitlement to a refund of the amount paid for the item(s).
The buyer will be refunded the amount paid for the returned item(s).
Refunds will be made as soon as possible, but not more than 14 days from the date of notification of intention to cancel the purchase. The refund will be made by the same method of payment used to make the purchase: if payment was made by credit card, the amount will be refunded to the same card; if payment was made by bank transfer or cash on delivery, the refund will be made via bank transfer. The buyer is obliged to provide all the necessary data in the return form. The costs and risks associated with the return of the goods are borne by the customer as stated above.
Please note that all sizes and formats of the goods displayed on our website are subject to change due to updates in presentation or minor adjustments in descriptions. There may be a short time lag between the arrival of new items and updated information on the website. In such cases, returns are not eligible for processing as the same link is used.
Case 4: The right to return faulty or damaged goods
If upon receipt of the goods you find that they do not fulfil the terms of the contract, are defective or have been damaged in transit, you have the right to lodge a claim within 7 days of receipt. To do so, follow the steps below:

Partial returns and/or cancellations will result in a corresponding partial refund of the amount paid for the order. In the case of a partial refund, shipping costs are non-refundable. WARRANTY AND GUARANTEES
All products offered are original products with a factory warranty card and are generally free from defects. These goods are covered by a 2 year manufacturer's warranty (for non-food items), which begins on delivery. In situations where the application of the warranty is appropriate, the goods may be repaired, replaced, discounted or returned in accordance with the conditions stipulated by law. The warranty becomes void if the warranty data or the proof of purchase is changed, altered or replaced. The warranty does not cover defects resulting from negligence, mechanical damage, misuse or unauthorised intervention, or wear and tear of materials during normal use.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. The supplier and user agree to submit all disputes arising from the provision of goods or services under these terms and conditions to the courts and tribunals appropriate to the user's address. In addition, the supplier and the user may submit their disputes to arbitration procedures under arbitration and consumer protection legislation, as well as to out-of-court dispute resolution procedures established by codes of conduct or other self-regulatory mechanisms.
